Ep22 - Jo Meek

This week, we are lucky enough to be joined by Jo Meek - an ultra runner and physiotherapist from the UK. 

 

Jo has most recently raced the Amazon Jungle 54km, Thailand finishing as 1st female; the Chianti Ultra Trail 73km, Italy finishing 1st female; and the Cape Wrath Ultra 8-day stage race, 400km, Scotland- 52hrs finishing 5th overall and 1st female.

 

She has a litany of other amazing results to her name over the years with many 1st places, marathons, trail races, ultras and stage races.
