This week, we are lucky enough to be joined by Sabrina Pace-Humphreys. Sabrina is a mum & grandma, an ultra runner, co-founder of Black Trail Runners, a podcaster, an author, host & presenter and a contestant in this year's Survivor series on the BBC kicking off this weekend.

Sabrina’s first book, Black Sheep, is about her childhood in The Cotswolds, rural racism, identity and hope.
