Ep6 - Loyd Purvis (Run4Adventure)

This week we are lucky enough to be joined by Loyd Purvis. Loyd is responsible for the Run4 Adventure YouTube page alongside his partner Liga. 

Based in Cornwall in the South West of the UK, Loyd is a keen trail runner and an avid outdoor enthusiast. He started Run4Adventure in 2018 to chart his journey to the UTMB where he did a 104 mile ultra marathon with 10,000m of elevation and it has gone from there.

We discuss the joys of trail running and how best to access this amazing sport!
