This week we’re well lucky to have Zoe Wafelbakker with us, endurance athlete, realtor, mum and all-round badass. Originally from New Zealand but now residing in Austin, Texas, Zoe is about to line up for Ironman Switzerland in July. 

Zoe is the second guest in our bouncing-back embedded micro series after taking a bit of a hiatus to have a family. We discuss her break from triathlon and the inspirational journey back to the start line after 9 years and building a family.
